Navi / TV Audi A8 MMI - Tuner and activation

Hello, guys.

since March I have my new A8 4.0 TDI (the "old" 4.2er now drives my wife).

I am a lot on the road in the field service and often "listen" to TV news and sports reports.

Two questions:
1.
There is a TV tuner that also allows to receive "consistent" satellite programs. So far, it only works with ARD , ZDF and regional stations (at least outside major cities) ?
If so, where do you get something like this (possible). with installation) ?

2.
In the traffic jam (which I always have in spite of active navigation) it would be nice to have a picture "on rolling". I know that the TV release on the MMI of the new A8 is only to be made by software change. But ; it may be that after such a long time nobody has managed to "crack" the part. I find nothing about the net (and here I regularly search). Or does anyone have other information here by now ???
