My brake hoses were renewed with the inspection in July 2001 in front and rear (including brake system in front). Now, when I picked up my mill two weeks ago, I was told that all brake hoses were porous. In addition, the brake discs in front have a large "Rostrand" outside. Is that normal that the brake hoses last only 3 years? How do I remove the enormous rust at the edge of the brake discs in front or reduce it?
In addition, the braking system at the rear would need to be renewed. Wanted original. Install the Porsche brake system (let it go). Is that even worth the price? You can then install a different brake system at the rear than at the front - as this is still good. How much does a Porsche brake system cost?

Hallo! Ich habe auch diesen fiesen Rostrand an den Bremsscheiben! Mein Schrauber meint, einfach mit Sandpapier schleifen! Ich weiß ehrlich nicht, ob der mich verarscht? Bin mal gespannt, was die anderen meinen??? Gruß, Clausi
Ob die Bremsschläuche nach 3 Jahren wirklich schon porös sind, hängt meist von dem Faktor des Überprüfers ab, ein anderer würde das wahrscheinlich nicht beanstanden.
Aber ich habe schon öfter gesehen, dass die Bremsscheiben mit der kleinen Flex und einem feinen Schleifblatt geschliffen wird, sieht wieder aus wie neu und schadet der Bremsscheibe nicht, da ja keine Rillen hineingeschlifen werden
