Floating of the windows from inside

I also got a V8 3 days ago (pleasant driving). I also have experience in the electrics of the vehicle, as I worked as a car electrician for Audi for 6 years. But now my problem: On my first night trip (outside temperature +3 degrees) the windows were fogged from the inside and I could turn around at the air conditioning as I wanted but the windows remained fogged except about 15-25 cm from the windshield over the vents were reasonably free. Even small drops of water ran down the windows. I then opened the rear windows a gap and after approx. 3-5 minutes at least the windscreen was again reasonably free.
