How do I get the plastic part out of the amaturary board? I want a ca. Use 12mm multiplex plate and then install a 13 speaker. I'd like to do without the vent, too. Has anyone ever expanded this before?

Hallo Jens,
Wenn du die Aufnahme meinst, in der der Lautsprecher montiert ist, dann mußt du dazu das Armaturentafeloberteil demontieren (steht im FAQ beschrieben)
Danach kannst du die Halterung einfach abschrauben (sie ist insgesamt mit 3 Inbusschrauben befestigt)
