As some may know, I posted a boring Lambda thread last week. It turned out that it wasn't the Lambda, for now my V8 is not only jerking but squeaking like an old steamlock! I've switched off the engine immediately and I won't start it again! Cylinder head gasket over!
Since in 10,000 km anyway the ZR would be due I now make the big action ZKD + ZR and possibly distributor and LM.I already ordered the first parts today, and now to my questions:
1) Special tool (SW): I decided to do the whole action after RLF with some SW. What I need are 3197 "Reciprocal Vibration Absorber" and 3199 "2 Fixing Flange NW". I can do without the rest.
MATRA does not deliver to Luxembourg and so far I have not found a workshop that lends me the SW. Does anyone have to sell this SW or offer it to me in the loan (for consideration of course)? Comes from the lux. Border region?
2) How do you regulate this with the central screw on the vibration damper? 450Nm!!!
Didn't want to buy me a new torque wrench! You should replace this screw, too!?!?3) Cylinder head screws: Should you replace them or can you turn the old ones back in? If so, what is the part number, I am not sure in the ETKA, are these the 20 times 077 103 385 ???
4) Do I need sealing mass somewhere on the way? I don't know anything about it in the RLF!
...so I think that's it.
