Hello, electrical care again. Both head lean do not move. the motor buzzes but one is in top position and the other is down. There's nothing moving. How to remove the headrests or possibly put them back in motion

hatte ich bei meinem A8 auch schon. Ist relativ einfach zu reparieren - braucht etwa eine Stunde für beide Sitze. Wenn Du mir Deine Email-Adresse zukommen lässt, sende ich Dir eine Anleitung, wie's gemacht wird.
