I drove my car with a manual transmission for the first time today! That's awesome! The whole conversion took about 3 complete days. So for everyone who's planning to do it, I wouldn't do it again. *g*
Work steps:
-Automatic gearbox out.
- Armature board panels, center console, claddings, insulators, ventilation ducts out.
-Switch out.
-Starter gear wreath off, crankshaft converted for guide bearings for gear, flywheel mounted, clutch mounted.
-upper oil tank at the bottom flexed due to oil cooler pipe.
-Mitteltunnel Cut-up, control panel mounted, center tunnel adapted to the recording, everything re-welded and sealed etc.
-Pedalerie rebuilt, clutch line laid (no finished rubber covers
)-Automatic wire harness out, manual wire harness in.
-Damn mats at the bottom of the tunnel make 2 one, because the front is still automatic tunnel and the rear is manual tunnel.
-Flanging on the motor for gearboxes, guide sleeves etc.
- Change the starter.
- Transmissions pure, other drive shafts, other cats, other trouser tube
- Switch in, set everything.
Rinse gear oil coolers, fix and adjust other wires.
-Of course, also mount other cardan shaft.

- Switch the ABS ECU.
- Gear oil on it and then it works!*g*
Until I didn't have a speedometer signal tonight, huh, funny, so the board-BC is spinning. Yes and of course the dashboard still needs to be lowered and at least the lighting for the gear indicator out!*g* But that fits, lighting the outside temp wants to be repaired and the chrome rings have to be put in the tacho.
Then of course, everything I did was back in, which I also did net. Must test before everything is assembled.
The worst was actually the switchboard! good 5 hours flexing, sawing, welding. Because the automatic tunnel goes up where the switch tunnel goes even flat. and it is much wider, all of which must be adapted. ♪ Sweat ♪
Let's see how this goes on, there's still plenty of work to be done, inside everything back in, etc. But it's running and it's feasible, even if it's a mega effort. But if you don't have a car where you can take everything out, it's gonna be really hard!
I'm sure I've forgotten a lot of little things, such as... Temp sensor Kat remodel, extend etc, but I can keep everything net.

In this sense:

war nur Spaß, ich möchte nämlich nicht schon wieder eine Bi-Turbo Diskussion starten
geärgert - (nur weil ich zügiger von der Ampel weg kam
