as far as I know is fer approved max. tacho deviation +10% of actual speed..
and since it is per centuel it increases proportionally with the speed...(at 50=display 55, at 200=display220 etc)
that also has something to do with the analog display instrument.
I therefore assume that the BC or the climate is more likely to indicate the correct values...
We did a GPS test at that time..and the speedometer of the Type89Q ran by 10% wrong... a Skoda Fabia SDI even by 15% (!!!) my A90 runs according to the speedometer 240 (!) on straight road (up to almost the control speed) of the factory specification is 206....no comment :-)

Bei meinem A90 Typ 81/85 geht der Tacho sehr genau max. 2-3 Km/h falsch,
getestet auf einer Messbuehne. (Analoger Tacho) Beim AV8 Abweichung 3-4 Km/h.
Mein Audi80 ging um 20 km/h vor, im oberen Bereich.
Kleiner Tip ein Blitztest (bei 10-20 Km/h Ueberschreitung) kommt zumeist billiger als ein Test in der Werkstatt.
PS. ..und ich hoffe auch immer, die Durchschnittverbrauchsanzeige geht vor.
