recently had my air conditioning (which was previously filled with R12) filled with R134a - without changing any parts.
The company that did this to me has been working with the same process for years - without modifications, since according to the company's statement the molecular quality of the refrigerant is compatible for the existing plant.
The reason was that the fan engine for the interior ventilation did not run.
I was then informed that if there is too little coolant, the fan engine for the interior ventilation will not turn on - Klimatronic.
My question now would be, does the fan motor always have to start when the air conditioning is switched on - it is powered with voltage, it is good 13 volts with the Hi setting (according to voltage meter) ?
Should it be defective - my V8 are very rarely moved - who has experience with changing the blower motor?
Best regards
Günter
