For some time now my V8 has consumed approx. 20 liters at 53 km.
Since the engine temperature has been only 60 degrees lately, I have renewed the thermostat.
Temperature jetz OK, but consumption is still over approx. 22 liters/100km.
Today was Audi for the ASU investigation with the following results:
CO at idle 12.16 %
CO in increased idling 11.78 %
Lambda is=0.662 min=0.970, max=1.030
The master said the Lambda probe was fine but Lambda does not say so on the expression.
He said it could be anything and I should leave the car for two days to check what I didn't do.
That's why I asked the specialists in the forum.
Has someone had similar problems and can give me some tips.
I can remember that I often had the feeling that the engine itself was gasping and taking off, and when I started to drive, I felt that it was swallowing for a short moment.
In addition, I would like to have the timing belt changed in the area of Heidelberg, Mannheim, Karlsruhe, now have 152,000 km on the first timing belt.
The car is only about a year old. 3000 km very piano drive, I don't necessarily want to put a few thousands into a repair.
Maybe someone can help.
Welcome
