Hello...am new here and I have a question

Since yesterday I am proud owner of a V8 3,6Liter....nun yes, almost proud and almost owner since I first have to go to the TÜV again to report the car to my name afterwards....

So, my problem is this....I want to order brake pads for the front axle on Monday, but the discs are still top....the pads are dead.

Now I'm in F.A.Q. many reads, there was also that one can change the coverings quite in home work. But unfortunately it was not described how to do this. Doesn't it have to be described because you already see it and it's relatively simple for a hobby screwdriver? Not that I order the parts, and then I'm stupid about the encapsulation. Hope you can give me some tips.

Achja....Pleases and warning contacts cost around 150€...is the price good?

Oh and one more...the TÜV probably criticized the front springs, because too deep...but now I have the originals lying here, can I convert them relatively simply? It's MC-Pherson's leg, isn't it? Or where do I get an ABE for the feathers? Are there many manufacturers that have produced V8 springs? I only have a few key figures but nothing concrete to look for...

Hope I'm not going to be negative with my brake question, but I didn't get anything about the search...
