Substitute cat

Hello everyone

according to my workshop, one of the two cats is defective. I don't have to go to the AU (only next year), but I wanted to make myself so slowly smart where you can get a spare cat cheaply. That's why I called uni-fit once. They have 4 cats for the V8 on offer:

2 ceramic catalysts:

- UN 335 111.97 Euro
- E 335 178.44 Euro

2 metal catalysts:

- MT 335 229.57 Euro
- MT 235 229.57 Euro


The latter two, of course, I would find quite interesting as metalcats should be more durable and less sensitive than ceramics (this is actually true). And they're a little cheaper than the original one from Audi. Only I wonder now - do these things really fit in the V8 without any problems? Does anyone know more? Or maybe even has your own experiences?
