Conversion of the level control!!!

Hello. I bought a 4.2 with 17 customs officers a week ago. At the front it has compressed springs with serial dampers and rear level control (series). It's kind of stupid. You've already lowered the level. Now I'd like to upgrade, level out and chassis in. 1. Who makes such a conversion in room 4 or 5 (not so expensive!?)? 2. Where do I get a chassis (used!?)? 3. What does everything have to be changed (I am not so gifted myself)? 4.
