3,7l quattro and/or ASR

Hello everyone
I'm still looking for a 3,7 A8 so every now and then ads are read. In some, 3.7-er quattro are offered and when equipped there is still "ASR"
Like now, is there really that a Quattro still has/needs ASR or is that nonsense?
