hello recently at our a8 bj 98 the mirror adjustment no longer goes... I've already installed a new switch but blow cake... also spraying the plug with contact spray brought nothing... neither of the two mirrors can be adjusted anymore...
the mirror heating is no longer possible for both.... where the mirror still works...
this mistake occurred from today to tomorrow...
What else can you try? Is there a control unit or something? the car has the driver's seat memory function if it should be important.

habe genau das gleiche festgestellt. allerdings ist es so, dass es manchmal geht und dann wieder nicht. weiterhin stelle ich fest, dass sich das schiebedach beim schließen nach 2 sec. plötzlich hochstellt, die memoryfunktion nicht immer reagiert usw.
das scheint tatsächlich ein zentrales problem zu sein!?
bin mal gespannt, ob andere ähnliche probleme und noch besser, eine lösung haben!!!!

Bei meinem V8 ( nicht A8 ) war es das Spiegelmemorysteuergerät, welches etwas mit Feuchtigkeit seinen Dienst verweigerte und somit sich die Spiegel nicht mehr einstellen liesen.
