I have a problem with that too! So for the purpose of converting to the Bosesystem I completely disassembled my 8th inside a little while ago and had to find that the side damage must have been a lot worse than first assumed
- No, no, no! The owner has already passed away, the car was sold to me on behalf (son-in-law or so). Then I started and first changed the triangular handlebar as the left rear wheel did not stand in the center of the wheelhouse (were about 1.5cm). Have also determined this with the belt dimension measured on both sides from a fixed point on the underbody. Long talk short sense, the triangle handlebar was slightly bent, after the replacement allles again in butter!! However, I must note with astonishment that the car no matter where it stands at the rear left (damage side) is always about 1.5-2cm higher than right !! Could even the axle carrier be bent or what do you mean?? Or maybe even the whole feather dome ?? Axle measurement has worked super without problems and noises doesn't make it
........I am grateful for every tip
