Enter 18 customs duties...

Hello, everybody.
after my V8 is almost again two years off in the hall corner, he should be back on the street from March...
Currently BBS Lemans imitations from Ultrawheels are mounted. Since I no longer have original rims, I play with the thought to have them entered in order to new Tüv.
Dimensions are 8.5x18 ET30 with 235/40/18 tyres, in addition H&R springs are installed.
Now to the real problem... At full steering stroke, the outer tyre edge at the front part of the plastic wheelhouse shell stripes.
So I don't need to drive to the Tüv...extending would be more suboptimal.
Since, how often seen in pictures, even 19 inches are driven..the question.how do they do this?
Is there a steering limiter or a similar one?
I'm grateful for every tip.
