Workshop Disaster

Hey, guys.

I wanted to hear your opinion on my problem.
A year ago I was involuntarily dragged to a workshop because the V8 did not sprang up anymore and this workshop was recommended to me as competent.
On this occasion, I had the two usual suspects, OT givers and speed encoders swapped, but it turned out that it was ultimately the gasoline pump.
Unfortunately, I got into my hair because of another thing with the boss (it's complicated and doesn't do anything about it either), but I wanted to mention that I didn't just go in the good way.
The problem now is that he is now in a warm state. It's not starting anymore. According to Carsten Beissel, it should be the speed sensor, characteristically, the speed needle remains unmoving even if it does not start.
What would you suggest what I can do to safely close this guarantee case and not (again) be hijacked?
If I take the car there for diagnosis, anything can happen. How am I supposed to prove it was this giver when the workshop claims something else or even "stages" (the devil is a squirrel)?
They could say, for example, that it was on the tooth wreath, secretly change the donor and I'm back to being the painted man and I'm allowed to pay the labor costs.
Of course, I hope this doesn't happen, but I just have a bad feeling of going where I've been very dissatisfied before...

Hallo.
Fehlerspeicher auslesen schon probiert?

Mathias
