There are certainly many "old rabbits" who hopefully can answer my question for you, but unfortunately I did not get a clear statement on the net ....
May I refer to the above-mentioned A8 255/!45! R19 Driving tyres ?

In 19" müsstest du 245-40-19 oder 275-35-19 nehmen.
Eventuell 255-40-19, (auf 8,5) allerdings liegt dann der Speed-Index bei +1%.
