I'm putting together the tools for changing the timing belt. I've already made drawings for most of the tools.
Unfortunately I still lack information about two tools for the complete design drawing.
3312 : How long is the SW32 key. Unfortunately I don't know the length of the torque wrench, otherwise I would have calculated the extension.37Nm to 70Nm. You'd have to know the transverse force on the torque wrench. If 1331 is a steel will key, at the usual length of 315mm for the key would have to come out about 280mm.
Can anyone tell me the length of the middle square to the middle mouth? The key is 266mm (10.5") long.
3211 : Even if you don't need the tool, I have created a CAD model after pictures. Does anyone have an original so I can adjust the dimensions?
I like to set up the drawings here when they're done.
That's what I did for a lot of Unimog special tools. The information will remain available even if the distribution is discontinued.
Bin etwas irritiert... für den ZR-Wechsel braucht man nur 3199 und 3197.
3312? SW32? SW32 braucht man an dem Bock einzigst und allein am Viskolüfter. Kein Mensch zieht das Ding mit nem Drehmomentschlüssel an! Satt druff und gut is, das Ding zieht sich eher selbst an als dass es sich löst. Der Schlüssel sollte aber eher schmal gebaut sein, sonst kommst nicht über den 6Kant wenn der Lochmutterschlüssel steckt.
Es passt ungefähr, irgendwie sind mit die Korrekturen abhanden gekommen - hatte es offensichtlich auf aufm Mastercam, aber spontan finde ich es nicht mehr
3199 von XXL-Automotive ist leider aufgrund von Fertigungstoleranzen nicht ohne weiteres verwendbar. Lt. kürzlicher Aussage von dem Monteur liegt es im Zehntel-Millimeter-Bereich, dass die Bohrungen nicht passen oder zu klein sind. Er hat dann stattdessen das werkstatteigene Werkzeug verwendet.
Anhand der Zeichnung von Roy (falls man danach gehen kann), werde ich mal gelegentlich nachmessen, was man dran machen muss, damit es passt.
Hallo Sollte auch eine Zeichnung für das Sonderwerkzeug 3036 (Gegenhalter für Nockenwellenrad) schon bestehen und evtl.ein Nachbau beabsichtigt sein, dann würde ich dir eine andere Konstruktion vorschlagen.Dieser Gegenhalter 3036 von MATRA ist für mich nur eine Notlösung.Mit dem im Anhang zu sehenden Teil ist ein sicheres Gegenhalten möglich. (erst einmal zum Einsatz gekommen) Gruß
