"First Aids" wanted

Hello V8 friends!
Is there anyone out there who would be willing to go to Lüdenscheid for a small allowance of circumstance and could read out my V8 through a diagnostic device? That's where my V8 is and it just doesn't start anymore. Make a motor turn at most, and that's it. My suspicions a lot immediately on the two encoders (OT and speed) I ordered both new, but for the time being only one, which I installed directly, unfortunately without success When measuring the resistors there were no differences between the two installed and the new part. So the suspicion is that it might be something else. Who can help or even have a diagnostic set to sell?
