Spring air valve

Hello, everybody.

Since I have the windscreen more often fogged, I assume that the air valve is broken or its spring is missing or not working.

I have read here more often that you can see the air valve behind the glove compartment when you lie back in the passenger footroom.

Does this also apply to the V8 with passenger airbag???

Because honestly, through the opening behind the glove compartment, I actually only see the back of the airbag and a few cables and plugs! Otherwise, nothing ...

Who can tell me?

Servus Kai,
