with me works climate and standing heating not I can both turn on standing heating come the sign but does nothing

I bought the software carsoft icraft 908 and an obd with software for webasto but all 3 software can not read climate and stand heating

One comes to the wrong meldun
01274 Stell motor for damper valve (V71)
blocked or tensionless, sporadic

you can help me and which software should best buy
