Cylinder head seal

had already posted last week that I have a funny greusch for one to two seconds.
And now a more concrete question?
I've been stuck on the ground with oil drops. My audience says it's from the cylinder head seal. ( She... )
So my question: where did the oil come from? Ventiele...
And why not a coldness?
Is it possible that the noise at full speed is a blow-through of a cylinder at the cylinder head seal and at normal load the thing is so dense that only a little oil pisses? The Graeusch is only sporadic and very bad to produce
