Hello forum!!
I hit you in my desperate search on the net.
I got a buddy who's got the A6 V8 (ARS) standing here, who's gonna get me a head-to-head calculation.
I'm trying to explain it as detailed as I can:
Car was driven and parked on Thursday evenings and stood by Monday noon.
The battery was empty when it started! (was weak before)
Car was bridged and jumped immediately, but since then no more gas is accepted.
We dragged him to me and went to troubleshooting. Read out provided: Hallgeber Bank 1 defective. I remeasured it with a diode test lamp and could confirm the error.
All right, new reverberator in, on the occasion also immediately new candles because we did not know if they were already waved.
Result: Error memory is now empty - car is just as fucked up!
What I've done since then:
-Compression measured, all cylinders between 9.5 and 10.2 bar, all that still great.
-Old candles in again
-Sprite pressure tested, 3.6 bar with vacuum, 4.2 without.
-G28 measured, At about 28 degrees in the garage and after a short run 911 ohms, no short circuits against mass
He runs "relatively" clean at the stand... All eight are here to party. As soon as I gas, he dies and doesn't turn up.
If I slowly give gas, I get it at a little speed - but does not want to test if and how far it goes.
Does anyone have an idea???
Look forward to your answers!!
EDIT:
Forget it! When looking through and troubleshooting, it was noticed that the suction tube switch waves were both fixed and did not move any gags. Then I dismantled the suction bridge, made both poles re-accessible and again built together with new seals. They're working all fluffy now!
