I'm not so the electrician, so I need your advice.
Today I replaced my climate control part, which had a crack in the display, with another with the same number. Everything's great and works the way it should.
As I was standing in the dark garage I wanted to turn on the interior lighting and from there the disaster took its course.

I hit the switch button. Well, I thought so. Got it fixed again fast. I ripped that stuff out of there, all the plugs off, and I fixed the little stuff. The copper plate and the spring fit even in a logical sequence. Can't actually build anything wrong together.
Sooo. I squeezed that stuff up there again and checked function.
Switching direction continuous lighting nice bright. Switching direction off - everything off. Switching direction lights when door opening only at dimming and does not stop at the door either. Identical are the lights above the doors. The footroom lighting in the passenger footroom does not go out either.

Is there a lamp in the driver's footroom? Nothing was shining. I checked all the fuses and knocked against the relays. Locks okay. Interior lights over relay ??? I don't think so.
I then first removed the bulb in the passenger footroom side, because of the battery.
But trunk lighting goes out when I close the door.
I can't believe it's the door switch that's got you gone. It wasn't my turn.
I can't get anywhere.

Do you have some tips?
