Door opening / external mirror exchange

Hello, everybody.

wants to renew my two exterior mirrors and see why the driver's door is always ticking when opening. If you have to press the door firmly against the cutout, you can do it. Pretty annoying. It's amazingly temperature-dependent. The colder, the better the door can be opened. Have you ever had this phenomenon before? Trying rum on the shoot part on the B-pillar was not particularly successful.

But what I want to know is how I get the inner frame (on which the disc, the lifter motor, disc frames, etc. are attached). Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance.
