Rims sit on UFO?!

The registration of my V8 is in the last few moves.
There's only one more catch:

the currently mounted 7Jx15H2 ET 35 aluminium wheels (as in the papers) for the winter bikes 195/65 R15 95... sit on the cover discs of the UFOs. So what makes the UFO.

Now the important question:

Can they do that?

May, due to the construction, the rims be placed on the "highest" position of the UFOs and not only on the wheel hub itself?

If so, where or how can I get this confirmed?
