Hello everybody, Someone of the thoughts present here has already made himself whether in the V8 possibly. a plastic tank of a newer model could fit??? The tank content here would be secondary. The priority is the fact that our thicknesses are now at the age where most already have problems with the tank due to rust infestation or respectively. The I would be grateful for any suggestion, ideally someone has successfully completed the conversion... Then please come out
Es muß aber auf jeden ein Tank von einem Quattro sein. Die C4 Diesel bsp. AEL Quattro sollen einen Kunststofftank haben,aber ich weiß nicht ob der passt. Vielleicht weiß jemand genaueres darüber.
Die Tanks vom C4 Quattro sind identisch zum V8. Bzw. mir ist noch kein C4 Tank untergekommen der irgenwie anderst wäre. Allerdings waren die alle auch aus Stahlblech. Das der Diesel einen Kunststofftank hatte, kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ist aber ein interessanter Punkt, evtl. weiß da jemand mehr.
Danke erstmal für die Antworten. Beim C4 war ich mir 100% sicher, noch nie einen Kunststofftank gesehen zu haben. Ich dachte da auch eher an Tanks aus dem 4b oder D2, D3 etc. Hat da schon jemand mal was probiert? mfg
Höchstens die C4 Frontfräsen haben den Plastiktank. Ab 4b(C5) haben die ja den 2-3 Kammer Tank. 2 Blasen jeweils rechts und links neben dem Tunnel und eine zentrale Blase oberhalb. Achso deswegen hat der 4b ja auch seinen Akku vorn.
Leider wird man das gute Stück nie am Quattro verbauen können. Der Fronti hat ja 80L und den Panhardstab. Das kann eigentlich/leider bei unseren nicht gehen.
Wenn ich mal einen seh leg ich mich drunter und klopf mal dran..
