after long abstinence (professionally strongly tensed) and finally a few free days I want to report again for given occasion. Maybe it's good for someone.
Kilometer level approx.220000Km: sporadic loss of cooling fluid (half a litre per month) - no leak visible - suspicion of leaky Wapu - timing belt changes with everything that belongs to it preferred (in the friendly).
Furthermore loss of cooling liquid with the increase up to four days ago (267,000Km) to approx. 1 litre in 3 days. In the last months then also over night a more and more increasing stain under the car with drops at the oil tank. After a thorough examination it became clear that the liquid on the oil-water cooler came out - the inlet tube (plastic) from the engine block in the said cooler was broken. I then exchanged this cheerfully.
Build an afternoon apart, rebuild the second one and a sleepless night in between. ==References== 10 hours. I know that's not worth the glory, but in terms of the fact that you have to find out for the first time how to get to the individual screws and how to get out the oil cooler, not so bad at all. In between, I was ready to carry the car to the trailer and leave the rest to the friendly. The ego won again. In short, if someone is interested, I can stand by with tips.
I also have a lot of work to do. Mileage 210000 from ZF allow a new converter (including transmission overhaul) to be installed. I haven't had any problems since. This is only for those who still remember my request for various gear problems (sliding in sliding operation) at the beginning of 2009.
Best regards
Kalle
