ABH ticks from a certain temperature

Hello I have a problem with my S4 C4 V8 I really hope someone can give me a tip.
I'll tell you the whole story, I saved a 93 s4 before the end. the car was visually in a bad condition but ran. he was already over a year when I bought. bridged and he jumped immediately on I tried to drive and except for defective wheel bearings it was no problem. so after 20 km at about 80kmh he just went out, ran surprisingly well until then. I didn't think much of it because crank and camshaft sensor is a known flaw in the V8. I dragged the car home and started to disassemble. I couldn't believe how bad he was technical and still ran!!!
Since the following parts I have renewed and exclusively original parts: ot crankshafts and camshaft sensor, both ignition distributors complete, ignition plugs, ignition cable, fuel filter, battery, light rail controller, lamda probe all important relays, terminal 30 completely new, each conceivable part removed cleaned and checked, fuel system cleaned (Eurosol and Vyns). the exchanged parts were almost all defective but it ran anyway.

and now the problem from a certain temperature, he resists properly against gas. at full load goes he also has power but he jerks very briefly 1 to 2 times. and if I turn over 4000 for longer time, it goes out. but starts again after about 30 seconds. But he doesn't always do that. could also drive 12km full gas. He's got full power too. I've renewed all the sensors on suspicion but the error remains. The whole thing is getting really into my money and getting on my nerves. the memory is empty and tüv and it has passed without defects.

I've been screwing on audio for over 15 years now but he's got me. for a tip I would be really grateful otherwise would really exchange the control unit
