The selector lever is no longer P or N

Hello
I get when the ignition is on the selector lever no more from P or N. Can start the engine but no driving stage is inserted.
I picked up a trailer at noon today, error brake light as always on also the symbol a lamp defective. Stopped here, car recharged, can't get away, fuses are fine, also flows current through but at the brake light switch there is no current at both switches.
They're not mass-controlled, are they?
Maybe someone can help me, that's a lot of fun. on the road, or can you bridge the lock switch? This claking out of the gear box is missing.

When the ignition/engine is off, I can pull the selector lever anywhere.
