Can't log in anymore!

I've had a new PC for six months. With the old one I had saved my password and because I don't know it by heart I have often applied for a new, temporary one. This arrived at every request but never at my stored e-mail address. So I had to re-register to get into the forum at all, and e.g. to be able to post this request (comfortably, I have already received a password when re-registration is done).
Someone can tell you what that could be?
