Hello everyone
With my S6 C4, 4.2L, 6-speed switch, the Simmerring at the flange threshold to the cardan shaft is leaking strongly.
Is there this sealing ring individually?
The workshop in which I requested the repair took the complete bearing housing and the bearing (in which the flange threshold runs), as well as two sealing rings into the estimate:
1E409400 sealing ring
N90545201 Sealing ring
1E301315A Bearing housing (priced over 100,-€)
1A311235A Ball bearings
After the Rep. instructions only a sealing ring is installed.
Is there an error in the estimate?
