ufo to hp2 brake upgrade

I have a v8 d11 4.2 bj 91 and would like to convert my ufo brakes to hp2.
which exactly do s4, s6, s8 fit?
and what do you have to change everything, windshield, covering and saddle?
you need a centering ring or adapter, but you don't find one Where are they?
