Ford Fiesta doesn't give any muks of himself ....

My cousin's car doesn't start anymore.

Ford Fiesta , Bj.12.1997 , 1,3L petrol , 37kw

If you turn the ignition key to level 1, the tell-tale lights will turn on normally.
On level two, nothing happens.
No click from the magnetic switch or buzz of the gasoline pump.
I bridged the starter once.
He's going through the engine perfectly.
I tried to start the engine with the start pilot and the bridged starter but didn't. Suppose he has no ignition.
In the A-pillar in the footroom of the driver's side, I checked the switch that shuts down the petrol pump in an emergency.
Does the Fiesta have such a kind of X relay that would be suitable for such symtoms ?

Just got off the phone with my cousin and she told me she had a problem a while ago.
She had two keys on her keychain.By chance she had used the other one in the said problem and could then start the car again without any problems.

Now the second key doesn't seem to work anymore.
I'm now thinking if the car has an immobilizer ???
I took a picture of the key (see Appendix)
They also have small stoppers on the handle.
Does that speak for an immobilizer?
Are there any batteries in there or what else can I control there?
I've tried to remove the stoppers but they don't get out.
Would be nice if you could help me with something.
