Hey, guys.

The blue one is experiencing his rebirth so gradually. After the engine was on it goes straight with the interior and I met with quite a mess yesterday. Underneath the dashboard in the cavity BFS are voltage converters and reserve for the driver airbag... Clamped off.. Funny enough, the control unit didn't throw out a mistake, but is otherwise online, you can see at the warning light that started when I removed the steering wheel. Somehow, I have the assumption that the part triggered once. Reason: ECU (one-way ??) not exchanged. Airbag used installed, energy reserves blocked, so it does not trigger. Plausible?

I'd like to make this right again. Only where do I start? To be safe, switch control unit, reserve and voltage converter. I'm just getting a seizure thinking about taking the center console out to get to the ECU...

Am I gonna do it now? I'm grateful for all the suggestions.

Greetings.

... Ersatz? Ich schrieb: "Reserve". Gemeint ist damit die Spannungsreserve, also ne kleine Batterie oder 'n Kondensator. Die befinden sich im Hohlraum hinter der beifahrerseitigen Holzblende. Also dort, wo der Beifahrerairbag sitzt, falls vorhanden. Bei Fahrzeugen wiederum, die einen Beifahrerairbag haben, liegen diese Baugruppen m.W. an anderer Stelle.
