after many years of happy togetherness I have now separated from my A8 from 95 and left it in friendly hands. With a crying, but of course also with a laughing eye, because yesterday I made myself a premature Christmas present and gave myself the Facelift Model 2000... I've been looking at it for a long time.
I'm totally happy, because after a long search I finally found the right piece, 4.2 with almost full equipment and even gas system in, I think, very good condition. But of course it's not perfect and I have a little question package here, I hope you can help me.
1) When I make the ventilation hotter, the air becomes slightly moist and it "smells" like evaporating water and the slices last long until they are fog-free. With my old one I knew that, because the processes on the transmission tunnel were too narrowly dimensioned and you got wet feet every now and then, if you don't clean them regularly. How's that with the Facelift Model? I'm sure Audi should have improved that, right? If so, what could it be with me?
2) The cooling water temperature indicator sometimes drops and rises again as if it had a wobble contact. Where is the temp sensor located? I hope it's just the plug or the probe and not the display itself.
3) The right xenon appears yellower than the left one? Just swap "brain" or what can that be?
4) The heater starts, but switches after approx. 2-3 minutes off again without affecting the ventilation inside and it gets warm. Is there a "plan" to limit errors?
5) In the case of a climate control element, these are small slots where the system absorbs air to test the temperature. There's got to be a little fan in it, it makes so little noises that I'm too loud. How do I get that? I guess Navi-Plus will expand, right? Is there anything to consider?
6) This is antennas..... I have a son and a daughter. The wash road) it already at some point broke off because it did not go off. Even with the new one, it is bomb-proof again.... is there a trick?.
..... so, that's it, otherwise he does everything I want and that in refreshingly young condition. A real improvement that I'm really looking forward to.

greetings
Carsten
