Chrome strip rear impact rod A8 4E

Good morning, everybody.

Someone knows how to get the chrome strip out of the rear thruster at 4E. Does this really have to be dismantled? I wanted to transfer the intact bar from my "old 4E" to the "new", but with times just fast there was unfortunately nothing.
