HalliHello,
like every year my good old BBW46 is making problems. Sadly, every year the part comes up with something new to attract attention.
Now it runs like this: SHZ is turned on and before anything happens to the heater itself, the vehicle turns on the interior fan. What's that? Shouldn't be like that, but you never learn. The circulation pump also runs and pumps the cold water through the circulation. But my SHZ wouldn't be my SHZ if she wouldn't fuck me in another way... I turn on the heater, the BL blower is on, the KS pump is pumping, and the glow candle is glowing, but the heater is not starting. Normally, after two misstarts, the ECU should say goodbye to standby mode, but not to me. If I don't turn off the heater myself, this procedure repeats over and over again. As if that's not enough of a joke, no my SHZ has it all to give me the rest. So I'm starting the engine now and then the heater, now everything is going as it should. The heater also starts running short and then goes out again. The experts will now say Flame Guard is dead and I really have to answer every year a new one in?? The others will say battery is empty and the KS pump does not promote enough gasoline. But it's not true. Battery is fully charged and the pump at least apparently provides enough fuel. So my question would be: Could you be that my SG is defective? Could any of you try my SG at his SHZ and get me so clear? That would be really nice, because before I go into troubleshooting I want to be able to rule out that SG is defective. Thank you very much Martin

Moin !!!
