Need help with diagnosis Switching problem A6 C4 2.6

Hello dear Audi friends, I'm back after a long break. Unfortunately, my current Audi 100 hp and 1 litre engine capacity are missing :-)
Drive now an A6 C4 2.6 of 97 170tkm front drive 5 gear switch.

This is a problem for me.

My aisles are just a little rough. Not so that I have to do it with the foot:-), but not as it should be and I have a distinct "crack" every time from gear direction when coupling in during the ride (hears like the noise when checking the game of the drive shafts only louder)(my have no game, already tested)

When changing loads, the gear lever moves a small piece of direction of idle in each gear.
Nothing jumps out but clearly visible.
Furthermore, my clutch pedal is rather difficult to penetrate!
One year ago they got new clutch and since then the previous owner had made 20tkm.
(Let everything be done at Audi 1500€!)
I had the comparison with my BMW..coupling new...Pedal Buuuuutterweich! (also hydraulic clutch actuation)

When starting, let come also quite normal possible...some pedal path..coupling comes...and grabs...the must fit.

But in the combo zachesPedal and Haklige gears this is not fun!!


The gear oil is new and also the right, quantity just checked again.
The engine bearings are certainly still the first but as far as I could see not cracked or anything.

Does jmd know your advice? Or does this "phenomenon"?
