Hello.
We were at the Tüv last week by car from the colleague. Since the airbag lamp did not light up, this was criticized. Well, we thought, first, check the lamp, it was broken, so it was renewed and for follow-up. Unfortunately we also failed during the follow-up check, since the lamp does not go off after 10s ignition (as described in the operating instructions) ... however, when the engine runs, it goes off immediately.
So read out the error memory and it says:
1 error found:
01025 - Control of error lamp defective, 31-10 - Interruption/short circuit after mass - Sporadic
However, errors cannot be deleted, comes back immediately...
We don't know how to go on, can anyone help? Does it have anything to do with the airbag control unit? Where does this even sit?

Das STG is hinterm Aschenbecher auf dem Mitteltunnel.
Meist liegt der Fehler am wackeligen Lampensockel schau da nochmal nach.

muss man nur den Aschenbecher raus nehmen oder die ganze Mittekonsole ausbauen?
Wie meinst du wackeliger Lampensockel? Ins KI wirds ja lediglich "reingedreht", da sind ja keine Kontakte oder sowas dran. Die sind doch nur bei der Fassung selbst, oder irr ich mich da?

vielleicht auch der Schleifring...........ist doch auch oft so ein Kandidat..........oder die Verkabelung die vom Gurtstraffer nach vorne geht............oder hat der Wagen noch das manuelle ProConTen?

Mußt leider die Mittelkonsole ausbaun.
Ich weiß jetzt nich genau wo deine Lampe im KI is aber bei mir is sie bei der Anzeige für das Automatikgetriebe und da is so eine wackelige Plastikfassung.
