Hi

My white guy has pretty ugly tail lights. Instead of a rich bright red, it is rather pale and unequal. See also the picture for comparison. Strange is that the lower part still looks pretty good, but the upper part is faded. Did they throw the production together with the Audi 100 and just put red on top instead of orange?

Various experiments with polish, clear varnish or red light varnish were rather modest of the result. The left one was cracked and so I once held on to it with the Co2 rays. Well... that was literally porous and fell apart.

Unfortunately, there are no more new ones except these replicas from abroad.

The question is how to get those to flash orange!? As offered in this auction the now red flash http://cgi.ebay.de/RUCKLEuchTEN-SET-RUCKLICHTER-Audi-100-200-V8/130489140188?pt=Car parts_Tobeh%C3%B6r&hash=item1e61c243dc Anbei another picture why the original orange flash!

Paul Fernandez offers some to my knowledge. The question is... how do they flash? http://homepage.internet.lu/customautocraft/type44_100_200_v8.htm

Is this an alternative? http://cgi.ebay.de/Audi-100-44-C3-Ruckleuchten-Heckleuchten-Satz-ROT-82-90/230544213119?pt=Autoteile_Zubeh%C3%B6r&hash=item35ad81847f

To the right, it still seems... http://www.teilehaber.de/hella-audi-id12860644.html

Does anyone know if there is anything from the direction of Classicparts? Reproduction?
