after my "where is the compression going" thread I can now devote myself to a new topic.
First of all, the state of things:
The V8 is now running without errors, the automatic switches well, the engine has full power, the fault memory remains empty and the measurement blocks are also absolutely clean.
Now you can finally take care of all the other little things:
1. The reversing headlamps are without function. The fuse's all right, but it's nothing. The mirror on the passenger side also does nothing. Unfortunately I didn't want to stay in the hall for a long time anymore, so I couldn't look for the relay for the RFL.
2. The lighting of all switches except the warning flash switch is dead. I assume that the switches just don't want to shine anymore because their lighting is defective.
I haven't researched here either.
3. The tell-tale lamps of the rear window heating, NSW and NSL switches are without function. In addition, NSW and NSL are also without function. The NSW relay is slot 1 but attracts when you turn on the light. Also here the fuses are intact !
4. ==References== 60KM/h lights up the ABS lamp. When driving slowly or braking at a low speed, the ABS reacts without reason !
Unfortunately, the ABS / the transmission unit wants to be. Don't let them read out.
Wasn't there also the possibility to flash that out and if so, where do I find the Blinkcode list?
5. Jetzt was kniffligeres:
Under the bench, with the battery there is a wire harness that looks quite original to Audi. From it comes a red and a red/white cable on which there is still a holder for a fuse.
Can't explain where the cables belong.

Unter der Sitzbank, bei der Batterie liegt ein Kabelbaum der ziemlich orginal nach Audi aussieht. Aus ihm kommen ein rotes und ein rot/weisses Kabel an dem noch ein Halter für ne Sicherung dran steckt.
Kann mir leider nich erklären wo die Kabel hin gehören.
Könnte vom C-Netz-Festeinbau sein. Hast du im Kofferraum rechts die Blackbox oder Überreste davon?

Der C-Netzeinbau..... da hab ich gar nich dran gedacht... Der wird es sein !
Die Beleuchtung ist natürlich nicht gedimmt, sonst wär ja das KI auch dunkel.
Da leuchtet aber perfekt. Da ist nicht ein Birnchen ausgefallen.

So... das Rückfahrscheinwerferproblem ist erstmal erledigt.
War doch tatsächlich das Relais !
Bei den NSL und NSW´s bin ich nicht weiter gekommen.
Relais zieht an, Sicherung ist ganz, aber weder vorn noch hinten kommt Strom an !
