Ruckle and twitch

hello V8 municipality,
had recently put the problem into the forum that my little one runs in the empty run unround and also makes no other installt to run quietly. After unsuccessful replacement of the ignition plugs and cleaning of the empty run, measuring of the ignition lines and cleaning of all possible plug connections, I found the error. The air flowmeter has a shot. while pulling off the plug, the motor runs smoothly in the empty run. I was almost knocked out of the mud when I was told the price for a new one. so please let me know if someone has a part left and can send me. would be very grateful.
ask: can I drive manually with the plug off? does not accept full gas, but with light gas the engine runs cleanly up in empty run.Please help me
