Tank needle / reserve

Hi, guys.

I hope that's the last thread I have to open again here. My A8 has had the following phenomenon today (third complete refuelling):
- Normal driving, range still approx. 130 km
- Just before the reserve area came, no beep but also not yet INNERHALB from the red area
- Car parked and served for lunch. Piepton's coming for reserve, I thought, "Okay, I guess he's gonna be in the red tank needle area now." Look at the tank needle - it stays completely on the ground
- Ergo has also gone to "10 km" on board computer, so residual range

I was directly refueled for safety reasons and could only get in about 73 l, would have to go in at least 80 l if it was really empty.

Then I remembered that I had it at the very beginning. When I picked up the car, the tank needle was also at the bottom and I thought ok: I have to fill up quickly. But I only got a little over 73 l in there.

Here we go to the Fuel monitorWhere the values stand.

What could be the mistake, that as soon as the tank needle comes into the reserve area (which I believe should have as much as 10 liters according to the instructions) the tank needle falls / resp. no more coming up / nothing more to show? Whether this also falls in current operation or whether this only happens when the engine is off and stays below when starting, I can only check at the next tank filling.

Greetings.

Was soll da bleiben ?

Mfg
