Audi S4 B6 4.2 V8 runs only on 7 cylinders

Hello first!
New here and drive an Audi S4 b6 Bj03 engine code BBK
Hope I'm right here and you can help me !!!!
He runs Unround in idle says error memory !
Engine bearing left
Engine bearing right
Burners detected cylinder 5

when the engine is switched off, the errors can be deleted if it is not running !Have tried everything already ignition coils , candle, nozzle etc
when I try to delete the error it runs for about 1 sec normal.

It's very important that I was driving over such an elevated zebra strip very slowly and then he did it !!
