Hello- I'm new here but hope to get some vital information from the experts. I own a U.S. C4 A6 model (1997) but hope to transplant a V8 from an A8 or an ABH block with ABZ heads. My concern is knowing which computer and engine harness would be necessary to make it run correctly? The AEC harness from the the '95-96 S6 V8 is designed for the older design engine without coil-pack ignition. The S6 Plus ECU / harness is very difficult and expensive to locate so any assistance is much appreciated!
