I'm going to start another attempt tonight to play the PM table from two fuses to get the umlaut problem under control. I now have a solution for this. This is also the explanation that some have no old PMs in their mailbox at all. The umlauts are partly murky at the restoration in mid-September.
EDIT: 18:55 The umlauts are now correct again in the PM table.
vielen Dank! Noch zwei Dinge sind mir aufgefallen:
1) Beim Senden von PMs an Leute im Forum mit Umlaut im Namen führt zu Fehlern, wenn man den Namen nicht manuell korrigiert. Ist dies hiermit auch behoben? (hab's nicht getestet)
2) Wenn ich auf mehreren Maschinen (in meinem Fall drei verschiedene) im Forum bin und auf jeder "Eingeloggt bleiben" markiere, dann passiert es mir regelmäßig, dass ich beim Zugriff am nächsten Tag, bspw., den Fehler bekomme, dass "Username and Password Unknown" sind. Ich muss daraufhin manuell das Cookie für audiv8.com löschen (bzw. alle Cookies) und mich erneut anmelden - sonst klappt's nicht.
