Of course, I just changed the whole part and I did it well. But then I noticed that the lead of the driver's side wiper was a little out of control at the replacement wiper. Not bad, but I'm just worried about that.
Now I got on it today and completely disassembled both wipers. Actually, I just wanted to bring my old mechanics together with the new gearbox. Then I discovered the evildoer.
Both mechanics had extremely poor driver-side guidance. With my old completely corroded and at replacement already the inner sleeve as well as the bolts was sanded off. (throwing)
The passenger side looked pretty good on both. There's an O-ring on the top of the sleeve. He was missing once and he was very upset with the other. (driver-only)
For some reason, the driver-side wiper is more claimed. I have now made a good one from both parts, O-ring on it and lubricated well. Almost as new

I'm writing the story to remind you of oiling the windshield wipers. Balistol should be very helpful and keep you from standing literally in the rain for some time. Or just disassemble and refresh properly.
(I wanted to take pictures for the FAQ, but it started raining. At least good for testing)
